I tried to post a question on the ask the tutor acca f4 forum, but it did not get posted. An error in red appeared which said something like this: Your topic cannot be started at this time. The same error is appearing again and again for several days.

You appear to have had some success - there are 16 posts from you today I shall not be happy if all the remaining posts say exactly the same as this one!
