Sir there’s a line in my kit which states:
(Paraphrasing) ‘Supplementing mail-shots with e-mails would be a cheaper alternative to mail-shots and so should be considered immediately….’
I am tad bit confused here sir. What’s the difference between mail shot and email? Aren’t two just the same?
