Sir Cost per successfully treated patient is a measure of economy or efficiency? Similarly, cost per patient is a measure of economy or efficiency?

Cost per patient is a measure of efficiency. Cost per successfully treated patient would not really be a sensible measure because it is combining two things (cost and success), but if you did use it then it would be more a measure of effectiveness.
