Sorry, but I could not find this please explain.
WHat are the roles of the European court of justice (ECJ) and the European court of human rights (ECHR)?
Also please explain what are privy council and what they actually do?
And whether they are higher courts than supreme court in the UK or EU?

As for Privy Council, you don’t need a great deal so here’s what came up when I put ‘Privy Council’ into my search box (together with a picture of Jacob Rees-Mogg, but I’ve saved you that mental anguish)
“The Privy Council is the mechanism through which interdepartmental agreement is reached on those items of Government business which, for historical or other reasons, fall to Ministers as Privy Counsellors rather than as Departmental Ministers”
Higher courts? In UK there is (now) nothing higher than the Supreme Court. In EU, sure the ECJ and ECHR are still operative, but are irrelevant for your sitting of the ACCA law exam
OK?
