Hello Mr. Moffat
Should realized and unrealized gains on securities be classified as non-recurring (or recurring?) income in the EBITDA and FCF calculations?
And does this vary from one industry to antoher e.g. Apply (Alphabet) a technology company vs. Real Estate company who receives gains (income) from investment property (in the form of rental income)Thank you
