I'm reviewing the earnings per share exercises and I have 2 questions in the example 2 why the fraction is 9/7 I'm not able to match with the formula and in example 5 in the dilution workings I can't get in the 390k. Thank you for the help!

What's 520,000 x $3?
What's 1,560,000 / $4?
Why can you not see where 390,000 comes from?
