Is it likely that a supplier can take advantage of a customer by having more information during the buying process?
Possibly. If the supplier knows that the customer is profitable, or won a large contract, or is dissatisfied with current suppliers, or has difficuties bjuying supplies,of the right quality then the supplier might be able to increase, the price. Even knowing previous prices paid can be used to negotiate prices.
Sir, in the third party site e-procurement the procurement is done by the middlemen (the site) or by the companies themselves?
Either/both.
