Vertical integration is covered in our lectures, Chapter 11. If you are talking about Integration as part of the 6Is of e-commerce, this is covered in Chapter 22 lectures. I assume disintegration is moving in the opposite direction to integration eg the decision to outsource and to concentrate on your core activities.
