Fireplace Co pays its 200 employees in cash each week Management is concerned that there may be people who are receiving pay but not actually working for the company
Which TWO of the following would be MOST effective in reducing the risk of this practice?
Comparison of wages on a weekly basis
Employees required to prove identity when collecting wages
Authorisation required to add a new employee to the payrol
The use of cards to sign in and out at work
May I ask if you have the answer given to this question?
no i dont know , can u plz help with ur POV
Ok, I will try. I am fairly confident that proof of identity is one of the choices. In terms of the other, I would tend to go for use of cards over the authorisation option.
Please also try not to use titles that are general such as “Help” or “Doubt” when asking questions as it makes it less useful for students using search index or scanning boards looking for help with similar issues.
