    1) Is it Auditors responsibility to detect fraud?

    2) The acronym “BADPIGS” is not listed in the kaplan text….. Will this come for the exam?
    and also the cultural web, I haven’t seen this in my Kaplan text???

    1 No. However, they should detect material misstatements whether caused by fraud or error. It is not their responsibility to detect immaterial frauds/every fraud.

    2 BADPIGS will not be specifically asked. It is just a way of remembering what qualities might be important in a candidate.

    3 B 3 (b) of the study guide mentions “Describe the factors that shape the culture of
    the organisation”. Obviouslt the cultural web gives a list of influences. However, because the cultural web is not mentioned specifically in the syllabusI don’t think they could ask a question like “Which of the following is not part of the cultural web?”
