    Hi guys, I need some advice. So I have a degree but nothing accounting related- i am doing acca self study, i thought to start with f3 but im really struggling, i find that i understand the content sometimes but like when i do acca practise i really struggle- do you think it would be best to start with f1 or? I am really struggling

    I would recommend you make use of the ACCA study hub.

    I would recommend you attempt F1 first. With F3, if you get a good grip of double entry it should form a solid foundation for the rest of your financial accounting ACCA studies.

    thank you so much, i just realised that i bought the f3 book that expires in aug 2025 so i have to do this first. i am so stuck on general ledger and double entry, i even attempted the acca parctise questions and failed. it is so difficult

    I think the only major change in the syllabus is IFRS 18 will become examinable.
