What is the treatment of donations in calculating tax liabilty and tax adjusted trading profits that were NOT MADE under gift relief….?
No adjustment in income tax computation. No relief available for such charity or donation.
Charity or donation to local charity which is small is a allowable deduction while calculating tax adjusted trading profit..
