Hi /Sir,
Answer test q4.
NBV, end of yr 2003 is 52K-30K=22K
Proceeds 30K (What is 30K proceeds-is it cash?)
less NBV (22K)

And yes, proceeds is the cash received on sale (have you watched the free lectures that go with the notes?).
