11y ago#1Any answer HAS to include number 1 - employees have to be allowed to be members of a trade union
The question emphasises "automatically" unfair and constructive dismissal is not automatically unfair - it may be shown to be unfair or the company may show that, in the circumstances, it isn't unfair
