i took the CBE mock examination and scored 90%. I hadn’t even completed the study text at this time. Are the real CBE exams more difficult, or is F1 just a joke exam to get you warmed up?

Simple is that cbe exams are difficulty for those who aren’t well prepared . If you are well prepared then i think there is no problem to get 90% marks in your real exam 🙂

    Hi tariqkath,

I wasn,t well prepared at all. “I hadn’t even completed the study text at this time.” and I got 90%. Surely this can not be indicicative of the exam.

Anyone sat (passed or failed) who wishes to comment?

I passed the exam about two years ago. I found that some of the question could be answered by applying common sense. However, others you could only answer if you knew the answer, you couldn’t just guess. If you got 90% in the mock exam I’d suggest you already possess most of the knowledge, or you were lucky!

The real CBE questions are definitely more difficult. Then again, you must be a genius to score 90% without “sufficiently studying”! Probably you must have understood the concept easily, which is really good. For some people (like me) it takes ages to understand even the basics! But mind it, I understand the tougher concepts very easily!
