Dear friends, who ordered books from BPP, could you please tell me how much time did the delivery take place? Please, indicate your country when answering.
The matter is that I ordered books from them during the former week. This week is almost over and I have not received the materilas yet. In the confirmation I was told that the materials would be delivered withing 5 working days.
I tried to contact BPP by e-mail but received only the auto-reply that my request would be processed during 24 hours… No answer has been received yet((lol 😀

i order book from Kaplan regularly. I’m from Russia and it always takes way more. They say it will take like 7-10 working days. And it never takes less then a month.
you might tell me , oh russia it’s so far 😀 hell no ..moscow is not that far! and a month for express delivery is way too much!If you are in Uk, you will get your books within 15 days if you are lucky. But now it’s the season of holidays and also many many institutions order books for the next year. So posting services are overloaded.
If you got a confirmation of your order good. But ensure that your mobile phone is included to your mailling address, othewrise it will be a problem.
If you are worried too much, simply call bpp and question them 🙂 it might make the whole process quicker 🙂Wish you to get them before new year :)))

I also have the experience of ordering from Kaplan. Their delivery was much quicker I should say…
