How did everyone find it? Sat the morning sitting. Can’t remember all questions, but my Section C was the excel on selling D now or in a year, environmental summary & then performance evaluation for the recruiters. Hope it went well for you all.
December 3, 2025 at 7:47 pm #723780My heart sank when A full 20 mark re-gression analysis question came up .Didnt have a clue what to do with it everything else ok. Section B on risk, target costing and Material mix/yield. Also a 20 mark question on Balanced scorecard. I couldnt believe the time it took too. Way too many long calculations to do for the time you have
December 3, 2025 at 8:17 pm #723784Yeah, i also got the same questions in section C including balance scorecard and time series analysis, i did everything up to marks but didnt had a clue on how to do time series analysis as i didnt even knew that was examinable in section C, just left it blank and did everything else, it was for 12 marks tho, so no idea if m gonna pass or not, idk why they would the examiner do us like that, cuz clearly performance management isn’t supposed to be heavily marked on assumed knowledge, there wasnt anything related to ROI or RI, not even transfer price , like am just astonished that i lost 12 marks just because of something that i revised in like 10 mins after my exam.. SMH
December 3, 2025 at 9:50 pm #723789Agreed hadn’t got a clue how to answer the time series question. There was a two marker about about the disadvantages in times series too.
The mix yield variance were particularly hard to calculate.
December 3, 2025 at 10:30 pm #723792Got the same sec c as you both. didnt know how to do time series as well. i wrote what i could for part a and c so lets hope its enough
December 3, 2025 at 10:37 pm #723794I did the morning one and got the same questions as you (recruitment companies etc.) thought the first q in section c was fab (the shutdown decision). I had no clue re environmental accounting as took the chance on skipping that chapter. Ran out of time for the last one. Found Sections A and B easy enough – annoyingly no limiting factor, relevant costing, or variance analysis questions. By the looks of the answers, seems I may have got the easier C section questions!
December 4, 2025 at 1:33 am #723799Yes I had the same in section C shut down decision they ask only to calculate profit ? Or that same question u mean about time series
analysisDecember 4, 2025 at 1:35 am #723800Felt bad when I saw target costing and variance analysis in section b could not do it I spent all the time in section A and C .. hope to pass this my 3rd attempt
December 4, 2025 at 1:38 am #723801By the way the answer for environmental account Q in section C was there in section A just copy and paste loool
December 4, 2025 at 9:24 am #723814Do you remember what answers you had for the first section C? Whether to shut down now or in one year?
December 4, 2025 at 11:05 am #723824Omg same…. All the time spent on ROI, transfer pricing and all the likes all for a time series to pop up on first. I am so sad… I can’t even remember what I did in section A and B I’m so consumed by section C thinking I ddnt do so well.
December 4, 2025 at 11:10 am #723825Section A&B Were okay.. I am so glad i didnt follow everyone’s advice to do section A, Section C and finally Section B. Had i seen Section C before the rest, i would have been disoriented and failed the other sections too.
Also why does everyone say, regression analysis??? regression analysis would have been okay. the formula is given.
This was Moving averages to forecast the quarter values. i had to rely on my knowledge from the learning phase. i definitely didn’t practice Moving averages .Not one question on learning curve :'(
December 4, 2025 at 7:44 pm #723833contingency exam week
i am resisting the exam next week due to technical problems.
Do they usually have similar section c questions or completely different?
Thanks
December 4, 2025 at 9:14 pm #723836What did everyone put for both there section C questions?
Like shut down in a year or immediately
& also what calculations for the balance scorecard?
December 5, 2025 at 1:21 am #723840I did the calculation only .. did see that they ask to close now or after when year even there is no place to write the recommendation.. I feel the q was gift .. god that did not get time series anaysis
December 5, 2025 at 9:10 am #723851I had most profit to shut down in a year, did you have the same?
December 5, 2025 at 9:14 pm #723865yeah mine answer was keep open for the year and shut down after a year. can’t remember how many marks this was 12 or 14?
December 7, 2025 at 11:22 am #723883Section C was also the profit cal and decision making and the performance evaluation. But my questions took a few seconds to load each time I had to click the next button. I don’t remember this in previous sittings. It didn’t just up ad soon as i clicked the button. Any one experienced this?
December 8, 2025 at 7:43 am #723889Yes same
December 8, 2025 at 1:51 pm #723891No technical issues apart from the invigilator telling me to remove my laptop from my desk. Not sure how but they confused a monitor with a PC? This caused unnecessary delays to the point were supervisor was contacted. Every time I do an exam there is an issue remotely or in exam centre.
Section C I tried my best on. Left a lot blank so not too optimistic. Some of the Section A & Bs I just had to guess as I was under pressure and couldn’t figure out calculations.
December 10, 2025 at 7:08 pm #723926I did same, just copied across info from section A ? and tweeked it a little
