    Hi John, regarding
    Question 1
    Appendices 2.2

    The expected NPV with the offer from Lumi of 12343303.
    Is it the expected NPV = expected NPV + option to abandon

    If yes, when I mention the difference between with / without Lumi offer, then is it an increase FROM 8873941 TO 12343303?
    Or an increase BY 12343303?
