Hello again Mike May i ask why is the finance cost is 10 in the answer instead 11 given from the question?

Yes im looking at it ...I still don't understand it ..The current "thinking" that i guess is that the finance cost became 10 because of the grant given $1? and its $11-1= 10? Is this correct?
