Hi sir, I wonder the reason why it has taken a crisis... The answer is in the sixth paragraph of Dec 2013 Q3 b "The recent articles written by the trust’s administrator have been one of the main reasons prompting visits to the garden. However, it has taken a crisis within the trust to prompt it to use this relatively simple form of promotion."

I think it is simply the realisation that they are losing money and that cannot cotinue. 'Crisis' might be overstating it.
