    Hi Tutor,

The answer for BBP kit question 11 talks about the notification date of compliance check which I couldn’t find in lecture notes. Maybe I can just ignore this knowledge point considering tax administration is not that important in the exam?

    Thank you,
    Luna

Administration is still an important area and I can never say that a specific technical point will NOT be examined, but these study notes are not designed to cover every possible technical issue or they would be much longer, so as I have said in the introductory lectures if you want a reference book to pick up on individual points such as this then do purchase a study manual from an approved ACCA provider so that you can look at any areas upon which you see a question that appears to not be covered in our notes and lectures.
My only point then would be to use it as a reference book NOT a reading book!
