Dear John
Are there any instances where we use the debt in current liabilities in FCF models. I mean do we treat that as debt in the valuation? Is tax and dividend in current liabilities deducted from value?

No we don’t (unless you were specifically told to in the question, but I can’t think that that would ever be the case).
