Hi,
Having gone though past papers on this topic would you agree that when identifying critical success factors it is subjective and we are to use our own initiative as to what we believe is a critical success factor in relation to the comany given in the case study. As the answers provided by ACCA were not from material given in the case study.

8y ago#1Yes, the most important/critical factors are often a matter of opinion. It is good to justify why you think it is CSF.
