Hi John, is opentuition note sufficient to cover all area the syllabus or can one rely only on open tuition note and get success in the exams(more so for PM)?

The notes are lecture notes, not a study text. You need to watch the free lectures that go with the notes – it is in the lectures that I work through the examples and explain and expand on the notes.
The lectures and notes cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
However in addition to studying the topics it is also vital to practice exam-standard questions. That is why you need to buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. The Revision Kit is a book of past exam and other exam-standard questions for practice.
