anyone can give me the notes of Corporate Governance which added lately. my is Malaysia variant, will it have any different with UK/INT?

There are some notes in the English F4 variant on Corporate Governance. have you looked at those? In greater depth, you'll find a lot more in the course notes for P1. Try those
