Dear sir,
Q. 1 What is difference between single loop control and negative feedback control?
I feel both are same as in negative feedback control action is taken to bring back the results towards the plan and same is done ij single loop.Q. 2.. Sir why these are called single loop and double loop. Does the name suggest something?

I am surprised that this is in your study text (which I assume is where you found it) because the terminology is not specifically in the syllabus for PM and has never been tested in PM. (I would guess they have simply copied it from the text book for an exam that used to be part of ACCA (but which was removed over 10 years ago) where it was examined!)

Well thanx for explanation sirJune 30, 2019 at 4:54 pm #521578You are welcome 🙂
(By the way, single loop is because they only go back ones and try and correct things. Double loop is because having been back once and found that they couldn’t correct things, they then go back again and change the target).
