If deferred tax arise on net asset of subsidiary at acquisition date will it be included in “subsidiary’s net asset calculation in working 2 at both acquisition and reporting date”
Should i include “fv of contingent liabilities of subsidiary at both acquisition and reporting date” in working 2 net asset of sub or only at “acquisition date”
