We show Investment in Subsidiary as goodwill in Consolidated SOFP. If we have investment in Parent by subsidiary (like Share consideration) so what will we show investment in Parent by subsidiary (in Subsidiary's financial statement) when bring into Consolidation financial statement?

4y ago#1We replace the investment in the subsidiary with the assets of the subsidiary including goodwill in the SOFP.
In Paper FA you can not have the situation where the subsidiary has as investment in the parent.
