(i) Jx Plc acquired 3,984,800 shares in Saturn Ltd for £7,813,000 when the retained earnings of Sx Ltd were £125,000. There has been no change in the share premium since acquisition.
How do I find the consideration ?

The consideration is the amount paid, which from what you have typed is 7,813,000.
