It Question say own used building, that building would have depreciation over its economic useful life, any gain or loss on revaluation would showed in Other Comprehensive Income, am i correct?
Operating lease building treatment?
Depreciation - Dr.P/L
Gain/(Loss) in Retained Earnings?

Is this two questions or just one?
If it's an operating leased building, why are we depreciating it?
If we are depreciating it, why are you calling it "Operating lease building treatment"
I'm confused
