Dear Professor,
I am curious to know how conflict of interest arises when service organisation's and client's external auditors are the same?
From the point of confidentiality I understand, but not quite so from the point of view of Objectivity.

Are you thinking if the audit firm is providing a Type 1/2 assurance report on the service organisation and also the auditor of customers of the service organisation?
