i have passed all my diploma exams and completed the fip but i have not been transferred to acca qualification and i have not received my diploma certificate yet. i want to know if i have to wait first till i get tranferred before commencing my study for f4 and book for cbe to be done in february. i have written to acca severally but no response. any help?
