1. may I know what is the difference between professional competence and professional behaviour? becoz it seems both are quite similar.
2. If x comply with a/c std, consider breach of which acca code of ethics?

Integrity - do know how to do something but do it deliberately wrong
Prof behaviour - rare - breaking the law so as to lower the reputation of the profession
So, look for clues in the scenario.
