    Hi Team,

Please can I confirm if this format for PID is sufficient? I have seen 3 different versions of it and am getting a bit confused!

    Scope & Objective
    Cost Benefit Analysis
    Project Sponsor
    Project Manager
    Project Team
    Other Stakeholders
    Duration
    Key risks
    Constraint
    Project governance/monitoring

Just to confirm these are 10 areas I would put down in tabular format.

Please kindly confirm if this is acceptable.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Fine.

I might move Key Risks to line 3 or 4.
