Hi,
Can anyone please list the actors in the civil society? I thought it included the mass public as well, but now I am slightly confused as I saw a different statement somewhere else.

Wikipedia says that civil society is the:
aggregate of non-governmental organisations and institutions that manifest interests and will of citizens”.Civil society includes the family and the private sphere, referred to as the “third sector” of society, distinct from government and business.
By other authors, “civil society” is used in the sense of 1) the aggregate of non-governmental organisations and institutions that manifest interests and will of citizens or 2) individuals and organisations in a society which are independent of the government.
Really, I don’t think it’s worth you losing sleep over.
