Good day What qualifications you need to start CIMA? Is CIMA exams available in Trinidad and Tobago? Which study is better ACCA or CIMA? What is the difference between ACCA and CIMA?

The qualifications you need can be found in the CIMAglobal.com website. CIMA exams and courses are available in Trinidad and Tobago. Broadly, the CIMA qualification is aimed more at those who want a career in commerce and industry whereas ACCA will also cover careers in the accountancy profession. CIMA has no exams in auditing or tax. Look at this article: https://www.roberthalf.co.uk/advice/career-development/acca-vs-cima-how-choose-accountancy-qualification Other articles an be found using Google.

Can you pass CIMA by using opentuition materials only and video lecturers?

NO. It is essential that you buy revision kits/question banks so that you can have intensive question practice. Don't buy text books until you see how you get on with the other resources mentioned. You get a 20% discount on BPP books bought through this site.

Good day. May I know what is the difference between CIMA Aptitude, CIMA Online Revision Kit and CIMA Exam Kit? Also, is it okay to use the 2017 edition BPP books for certificate exams? [Course book for exams in 2017]

We don't have access to these, so probably best to ring CIMA Student Study Supporr on 00442083966885 or email [email protected] The syllabus changed radically in 2019 so the 2017 book is no use any more.
