why have we added the price that the asset is sold ? and why havent we taken working capital as we do normally
The examiners answer has included the sale of the asset. They have calculated the PV separately and included it in the calculation of the NPV in the last line before ‘workings’. Similarly the answer has calculated the PV of the working capital separately.
