Chapter wise weightage

No - the ACCA does not give weighting to the various topics. All the topics are likely to be examined somewhere in the exam, although you will see in the syllabus that the examiner specifies what topics may be asked in Section C (which is effectively anything expect for the advanced costing techniques).
