I am having issues with q2.
The formula is: Dividend Yield: Dividend per share/ Mid-Market Price
But I cannot understand what is the MMP in this question
and I also have doubts on "Ex-div price per share" meaning.
Ask the Tutor ACCA FR
Chapter 20 - practice question
"...and the ex-div price per share w(a)s $1.04" is the only clue we have as to the (mid) market price per share
Therefore dividend yield must be (3 + 4.5) / 1.04 = 7.2 yield
OK?
Yes. Thank you!
