Hello
In chapter 13 example 5. for year 2 in a general cost recognised 750,000.
But my answer is 715,000. ( 65% of 500000+600000)
Can you please correct me?
Thank you.You need to recognise the projected loss IN FULL so “Costs recognised” becomes the balancing figure rather than “profit / ( loss ) recognised” being the balancing figure
