hi kind of last minute ..but my revision kit is old and answers on acca site arent updated either .. can anyone help me get updated answers to previous papers ?
would appreciate a lot!
June 2, 2011 at 10:03 pm #82843The only way to get updated answers is to get the updated Revision Kit. ACCA does not update it’s answers for tax. It gives the answers in accordance with the existing rules for that year which apply to the paper. You’re not helping yourself to pass the exam by relying on old information because the tax rules have changed in some areas.

so what are the exact changes from the last years tax to this years?
July 5, 2011 at 4:29 am #82846if you mean the F6 paper, then the best way to find out is download F6 syllabus and look at additions and deletations. They are mentioned clearly.
If you mean taxation system, then what changed are rates , bands, allowances.
You can find excessive list of current rates in the document called “examinable documents” , which you can download from F6 section at accaglobal. Same place where syllabus is located 😉or if it’s still not enough , try to search in google for changes in FA from 09 to 10.
