Are there any changes in FY 2018? I will be sitting ATX UK in dec 2019 session, can i study from the study text applicable till March 2019 ?

Sorry but no you should not be using old material - it is essential that you purchase FA 2018 material relevant for exams from June 2019 to March 2020
