do all residential tax liability get paid on an account basis , or will it be specified in the question ? thanks

vicksyzz, welcome to the Opentuition forums. I believe CGT on residential properties has to be reported and paid within 60 days of the gain occurring. I am not sure if this is part of syllabus for this subject.
