Please, could you explain better the term centrebind ? BPP did not give me adequate explaination.
Also, in centrebind, is statutory duty to declare a company insolvent or solvent irrelevant when directors convene a general meeting only to the members without creditor`s notice .

However ... no matter how hard I look in English, Global and Botswana F4 syllabi, I can find no mention of centrebind in the syllabus neither leading to August 2018 nor even leading to August 2019
IF it should happen to appear in an exam, and that's a BIG IF, I can't see it being worth any more than 2 marks at the very most
