Suppose there is diesel car which meets the RDE2 standard with C02 emissions of 86g per km and a list price of 10,013. Wouldn’t the car benefit percentage be calculated as 21%?(rounded down to 80 then deduct 55 and divide by 5)

Okay never mind, I realized it would be rounded down to 85 so the car benefit percentage is 22%.
