I have watched your lecture on Capital Rationing but could you please tell me how to overcome hard & soft capital rationing?
It is an essentially important topic and can be asked in (part B or C) in the exam question and I want you to please explain the ways to overcome both capital rationing. Thank you!

The only way to overcome hard capital rationing is to find another course of finance.
Soft capital rationing is not something the business would want to overcome because it is the business that decides itself on the limit.
