This is not examinable in Paper F3.
There are lectures on the cost of capital and on capital structure in the Paper F9 section of this website – they are examinable in Paper F9.

Of course there are lectures on these!
They are covered in the chapter on limited companies and the lectures that go with the chapter in the free lecture notes.
