Dear Tutor, i would like to know whether the answer can be bullet point or point form instead of paragraph/sentences?

besides, could you advise reference book/webpage for Malaysia Variant for the latest amendment of law?

Hi Wendy. No, bullet points are not acceptable! A question may very well ask "Describe", "Identify", "Explain" etc. I cannot remember EVER seeing a question ask you to "List in bullet point style ...."

Read the exam technique article which I wrote for this site which may give you some guidance.

As for Malaysian text books ...... errrr, NO!
