    Dear Sir

    Thank you so much for the great lectures and the associated materials that are available on open tuition.

    I just have a simple question. I have Kaplan exam kit that was valid from 1st Sep 2018 to 31st Aug 2019 exams. Can you please suggest if practising from this kit is advisable at all? The format of the exam has changed as you have mentioned but not the content I believe.

    Your advice will be highly appreciated.

    I assume that it is the TX-UK material that you are referring to as you have posted in this forum but the tax material is relevant for exams from June to the following March and refer to a specific Finance Act (FA). The material you need is FA 2019 for the coming March exam or FA 2020 for the June exam and you MUST use the correct exam kit for your exam given the changes that take effect within each Finance Act.
