Forums › OBU Forums › Can I still apply for OBU degree if I fail an ACCA exam and pass it later?
I got exemptions for BT, MA, FA, LW & PM and took FR & FM a few days ago. I’m worried that if I don’t pass FR and FM, even though I later pass them, I won’t be able to apply for OBU degree.
On page 8 of OBU info pack, it says ‘You must take the ACCA examinations for Financial Reporting (was F7), Audit and Assurance (was F8) and Financial Management (was F9)’.
So does this mean that as long as I pass these exams even I failed before, I could still apply?
Thank you!
Fails are ignored and only passes are recognised but you still have to be with the 10 years of registration and also to have cleared the Professional Ethics module to be able to submit.
Any queries about eligibility should be addressed to acca@Brookes.according.UK – they set the rules so are the experts on giving precise information
Thank you so much for the reply!
